Terms of Service
These terms apply to every booking made with Cruise Boat Oman. By completing a booking, the guest confirms the provided details are accurate and agrees to the safety instructions, departure timings, cancellation policy, and payment terms.
Booking and Payment
The full amount, or the displayed deposit where partial payment is enabled, must be paid to secure the booking. For partial payments, the remaining balance stays due before check-in or on arrival according to the selected collection method.
Amendments and Cancellations
Bookings may be amended subject to availability. The cancellation policy shown on the relevant tour page and in the booking confirmation message applies to that reservation.
Safety and Arrival
Guests must arrive on time and follow all crew and marine safety instructions. The company may refuse boarding where an operational risk or a clear breach of safety requirements exists.
